Comments:
Great workout! Fitness is really coming back quicker than I expected. Went 55, 54, 55, 53 on the harvards and 43, 42, 41, 40 on ridgeways. 1:38, 1:39, 1:37, 1:37 on the 600's w/ 2 min rest. last repeat was tough but the hills felt great.
