I thought it was going to be flatter and easier, which it isn't, but it was nice to hear the birds singing. Trying hard with diet. decided it's better to stick to strictly controlled portions every 3 hours 300 or 400 about 6 per day at 7, 11, 2, 5, 8, 11 approximately. makes 1800-2400 2400 should be roughly evens, 1800 should be losing.
