Weather: Another Hot as Hell Day

Although today was supposed to be an easy distance day, I was already sore form monday's lift sesh adn then piling some 800's onto that shit yesterday just really fucked me up. gene made us do 4 miles then come back for a 50 second run then go out for an other 4 miles. It was terrible. Bones were hurting because of my trainers, it was hot and I was sore. First time just went over through dudley to the bridge and back then second run just took the bike path over to belair road and back then passed out. 50 second run got to the 300 pole. Really surprised that I kept these paces up honestly. I felt like I was going 10min/mile pace. Hasdbfufb hopefully just doing an easy 5 tomorrow.
