Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
If anything makes you feel like you are exerting a lot of effort to go nowhere more than the bike or treadmill, it's the elliptical.
Did a ladder workout of sorts on the elliptical. 5 minutes warmup/cooldown , 4-3-2-1-2-3-4 minute pick-ups with 1 minute recoveries.
Was surprised by the overall speed I did the pickups at. I guess it was fueled with the frustration of being so out of shape, but I was actually sore the next day. Didn't even use that extra 1-minute recovery wild card.
