Did some more research this weekend on ITBS and found a video on the correct application of the Patt Strap so I tried that out today. I was able to make it 2 miles with minimal pain though it was starting to get more painful towards the end...nothing like Saturday though which left me feeling encouraged. I did some rolling, stretching and strengthening afterward. I'm feeling encouraged today, that's the best my leg has felt during running since this whole thing started.
