Comments:
Ran either a 1600, 1610, or mile. No one is really sure. Breathing felt pretty bad during it because I haven't been running long enough to breathe easily, and mile itself was like a first mile of a 5K for me. I think I may have slowed down by 10 seconds every 400 meters, but I should have been able to remain at my initial pace the entire way through (I wasn't tired for long after the finish). I'll get better.
