Weather: 75 and nice!
Comments:
Ran 8 miles starting at the USA Baseball complex. Ran over to the ATT and did part of the 1/2 marathon race route. Felt pretty bad and my body is run down. Need to rest pretty bad the rest of this week before the race.
Weights and core at the gym after.
