Horrible cold morning for a race. No HR monitor but ran very good paced race. First two miles at 7:15 per mile. Could have run faster on downhill but foot started hurting near heel like Plantar Fasciitis. No sprint at end but beat anyone nearby with grey hair. 12th in age group. 600 out of over 3,000. Good run
