Weather: warmer and warmer throughout the day ...70s

Comments:
Warmed up with DMR at Loyola and cooled down with 4x8. Later I jumped out of the car on 41st street and ran half a mile home. Impressive Hopper day with a boys DMR at 10:34.1, a boys 4x8 at 8:18.2 and a girls 4x8 at 10:00.5! Wished I'd had tiem for more of my own running. Knees sore and bruised my right knee on a door too!
