Comments:
actually didn't feel so bad, despite feeling sick and a 23hr bus ride. my back and neck were still tight, but my legs felt fine. i think the run helped to clear some congestion, but when i finished i felt pretty shitty. stretched, took a shower, and felt a bit better.
