Comments:
7x800 on the middle school track, 2 mile warmup on the railroad path. Did AIS before the warmup which probably helped. Went 2:32, 2:28, 2:30, 2:29, 2:28, 2:27, 2:24. Jogged a 200 in about 1:50 and took another 40 seconds rest between each one. Mile cooldown afterwords.There were a ton of middle schoolers on the track for their practice, so some of these I had to maneuver on, but all in all I was happy with this workout. I normally suck at doing track workout by myself, and this went pretty well even though it wasn't that fast. Excited to get back to real training.
