Weather: clear, chilly really nice morning

Comments:
ran out barnet lane then totteridge and followed it all the way to edgeware/a1. down a1 and turned into uphill lane to loop back. home exactly 1 hour. A nice run, and nice to think how hard this would have been for me last year, and even impossible a few years ago. looking forward to the relays next week. I think I am in good shape.
