holy hell, 70 some degrees outside and it was 30 less than 2 weeks ago. Felt pretty tired out there and wanted to stop after 20 mins but pushed through. Suddenly at 46 mins in a felt really good and thought this would be the day I start getting back in shape. Strides at the end felt unusually smooth, lately my strides felt hard and like I wasn't going very fast
