Pretty disappointing; I wanted to go 10 today. Don't really know what happened, I just started really struggling around 4 miles into the run. I wasn't even really sore, I was just tired for some reason. Allergies? Or maybe too many miles too soon...? Not enough water, that definitely had something to do with it. I'm going to need to drink a lot more water. On the bright side, my mileage and pace for the run was better than i thought. I figured I would end up with around 6 miles, and at 7:30 pace or slower. I need to run 8 or more tomorrow, it'd be easier if I had someone to run with probably.
