Finally :) Back toward where I should be!! This just felt great. Okay, the last 2k wasn't that great, but as for the first 3, that feeling is letting me know that I'm getting faster again. Getting back to where I used to be. I'll get there :)
Won it for the women this week!! go me. except thanks is owed to all the fast girls who didn't show up this week :P I guess there's some kind of big 10k race sunday so they didn't run parkrun this week. my friend krzysztof ran a 16:32 to take second. He was happy with that. we were walking away from the finish and some guy came up to me and asked just how far I came to run their race, where in the US I was from, and 'oh, the great lakes!! yeah, I know my National Geographic!!!' Hahaa :)
