Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Diagnostic 2 Miler with my new shoes.
Jogged over to the track, ran 2 miles, walked a cooldown lap, did 100x Push-Ups then 5 minute Plank hold (funny story to follow), then jogged a lap then over to the Rot.
So when I started the plank my original plan was 5 minutes. Then I said I'll just do 3, but there was this Asian lady walking around the track and I started just as she was walking by so I decided I would plank until she walked a lap. She came back around at about 4:20 so I said heck well now I have to do 5 :)
