This went very well. Through the first few miles, I had that guilty feeling, the one that says, 'you're not moving very fast and you know it. and you could move faster. you're just choosing not to. you're having a bad workout and it's all your fault.' but I was super confused, because every time I looked at my watch, I was right on top of the pace, and I felt COMFORTABLE. effortless even. It's amazing what a beautiful, sunny, 55-degree day will do for you, in conjunction with a good mood.

GLUTEN-FREE FRIED FISH AND DEEP-FRIED SAUSAGES FOR DINNER!!!!!!!!!!! oh. my. god. that was amazing. I love Cardiff!!
