4x8, went for it in the beginning, 28 first 200, was already feeling in 300 in.
splits - 28, 32, 31, 35
as the splits show, tried to step it up with 300 to go, died at the end, don't have endurance. ankle hurt after. really great day for most teammates though, I'm happy for them
