Weather: Very mild, clear and bright.

Comments:
Nice evening, so I was happy to do the long way home, long lane, that little loop up to milespit, etc. Nice enough run, but I was bonked almost from the start, and really slow.In a way this was good, because I have been trying really hard with the diet, and so I should be bonked. I ate half a cup cereal breakfast, an egg and half a pack noodles mid morning, about 200 cals work of yoghurt and cherries at lunch, repeated noodles / egg / yoghurt mid afternoon. About 1200 altogether. When I got home I had another bowl cereal, about 300 cals, so I'm on 1500 for the day, which I think is roughly what I will have burned from running. Oh and I had some cups of tea, and one bourbon biscuit at coffee morning.
