just ran to slades and back from snakes lane. turned at 11:55 or so, finished on 23:58, so pretty even . felt fairly good cadence high, even though I felt hungry and tired. sticking to diet, about 3/4 cup cereal, 1/2 noodles, 2 eggs, 1/2 noodles 1 fish, 1/2 noodles 1/2 can beans, 4 slices bread and peanut butter after.
