I just felt so exhausted after each one of these and after 2 I felt like I never quite got my breath back.
4x1200 @ 4:11, 4:12, 4:16, 4:17
Then I was supposed to do 4x400 @ 82-83, but I only did one at the right pace and the second one was already 84. They felt way harder than it normally feels to run a 400 at those paces.
