Weather: low 80s, sunny, HOT
Comments:
2 up, 4x400 at 73, 74, 73, 73 with one lap recovery run rest. Then 4 x 200 with walk 100, jog 100 rest between: 28, 30, 28, 29. 1.5 mi cool down. The speed definitely got some lactic acid build up. It was still pretty hard to get up on my toes during the 200s-need to build that back up. Heat was pretty tough. Overall was good to get on the track. Did work out with Brandon.
