Comments:
Ran warmup with yolanda, dana, sara, danielle, daisy, and becca. Workout most of the time behind julia but some with julia. And cooldown alone. Felt decent. My ankles felt so tight in the beginning and end, i think i tied my shoes too tight. Shins felt okay, breathing was okay. My legs felt heavyyyy.
