Comments:
Ran an 800. Splits were 75, 81. I was hoping for something a bit faster, but oh well. I still haven't gotten used to expending so much energy in such a short period of time, so I definitely could have run under 2:30 had I sufficiently tired myself out. I did sprint better than in the mile last week though. Highlight of the race was moving from second to last to 5th to last in the last 300 meters or so and sustaining that through the rest of the race.
