Comments:
long run from rice. went rice trails, through an inferno of controlled burns, hit kg trails and stayed there for a while. ventured over to kettle run and then headed back to rice by the golf course.

solid run. felt decent. pace was faster most of the time than the average will indicate due to hills, trail blocking trees, etc.
