Ran to work slow!

Weather: Very nice, clear, mild.

Comments:
Nice morning, ran to work in longs and wore a tshirt under the more mile long sleeve, because I'm thinking it will be warm enough for just the tshirt on the way home.
I ran into my first real problems with the diet, ate far too much last night, just bowls of cereal. This morning, I was sticking to it until people started giving me chocolate! Not good. Ate 7:30 400cal cereal, 10:00 1 egg, 11:00 1 fish and 1/2 noodles, 1:30 1/2 tin beans and 1/2 noodles, 3 ferrero rocher (210 cal) (1400calories already by lunchtime!)
Running in was easy and painless, took it very slow, but I felt really tired and drained.
