Sooo girls kept screaming every once in a while as the Cardiff team ran through the city center. I had no idea why, and then one of the girls on the team explained to me that one of the guys, the one I knew as being super-tall, showing up to run in his pajamas last week, and having an infinite supply of REALLY corny jokes to tell, is a British celebrity. He was on a show called "Big Brother" for a few seasons, and was the runner-up I think, because it's a reality show of some kind, and he's had a successful career since with the BBC. but now he's back at school studying Welsh to be a teacher, just because he wants to. He's from northern wales and has done a lot to spread awareness of the language to the rest of Britain. And apparently girls think he's hot (he's actually REALLY geeky looking, but that's fine :P ). This is him. The second one has pictures. Except that his hair is his natural color now, just brown.

P.S. I really shouldn't have gone on this run at all. :P Everybody I talked to told me not to push the leg. and it was pretty tight and uncomfortable during this run. it was a pretty limpy run. but it feels looser now!! maybe it's finally starting to heal..?? I can hope :P We'll see what I decide to do tomorrow. I hope I'm biking enough to at least make up SOME of the running I'm missing with this horribly low-milage week.
