Weather: Pouring rain and humid. 70s.

Comments:
I liked the rain, felt good. My breathing was okay, we went put waaay toooooo fast today at like 9 minute pace. So i stuck with yolanda for the first 2.5 miles and finished the rest alone cause i needed to go the pace i was assigned to go. Nervous for tomorrow.

Having pasta tonight.

Extra: rehab, elevate, race prep stuff.
