It was workout day and sports med told me not to pound on my foot today but i said fuck it and was planning on warming up with the guys and then doing some striders as they did 300s. The boys looked insanely good today. Kenny is a fucking horse. i did 2 100s and around 13 seconds not that it matters. And then did 2 200s at a little slower. and then did a 150 at the same pace. I decided to hop on for the full 300 on the last one and my legs felt SO slow. It was ridiculous. I need to do some hard speed soon. I ended up leading everyone through around 39 high-40 flat.
