Couldn't do 9, did 6 :/

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
This was a bad run. I felt heavy and tired from the beginning and was ready to stop at mile 3. I kept going but completely ran out of everything at6 miles. Though, for my time, I was running fast, for me. I think I definitely need a rest day before the long run,the last 2 weeks have been busy and I've tried to move things around. But I need tofigure something else out to rest the day before the long run. I feel disappointed. :/
