Comments:
woke up at 8 and got ready for chicago practice. practiced from 9-6, then went to swing at 6:30 for a recital for the 171 staff. Got home at 8:30 and went for a run. I was going to go 4 miles but then felt good so i decided to go over to big flats and make myself run far. felt good and easy, happy that i could keep the pace pretty easily. good for the confidence. then took an ice bath, did some abs and went to bed.
