Comments:
4:30 min warm up:
nice to finally get my run. my legs are already sore from walking around the campus all day (i'm not a great walker...), so it was nice to shake em out on a run.

30min tempo:
thought id found i nice trail...but not. it didnt last very long - i dunno what that girl was talking about. so thought i'd explore the side trails. which was a complete fail because they were all uphill and dead-ended before i knew it. weaving in and out, very annoyed at this point, i explored behind the campus a bit, and then went back into trail where i found i nice back straight-away without any trail-walkers.

Striders:
6 or 7? prob a bit too long. i thought i'd do my last one on my way back...which turned into....

3min hard:
yeah i shouldda just stopped after my last strider but i was having too much fun racing this other guy (i really need to just do a steady/short run at some point...at some point...we'll c when im smart enough to do that...)

12 min cool down:
at least i wasn't dragging my feet, but i wasn't exactly picking them up either.

crunches/pushups
on the lawn in the shade. nice healthy green grass :) everythings blooming here - its really spring.

1min shake out:
realizing how dehydrated i am. what with the plane ride and only drinking a couple of those tiny hotel cups...yeah i'll make sure to drink more. and pick up a water bottle at some point.
