Talked to Jess and I am taking the whole next week as no-impact training. Then, she said we can slowly work back in to running based on how the heel feels. I need to talk to Coach though because I afraid of coming back and then having it flare up again, and then start cutting into the summer to have it heal completely. I want it to be completely good so I am ready for the summer and fall. I'm not sure about my scoring potential at UAAs either with this week off, and not as great training as of late.
I biked for 60 min in the cardio room + essentials.
