Pretty good for just getting back into it. Played a LOT of frisbee, danced a ton and lifted a lot. Did a decent amount of abs and a bit of hurdle work. Feeling in pretty good shape. although i wont count the frisbee as mileage im going to put other stuff including hurdlework as other mileage.
