XC Course - Forgone Workout

Comments:
Ty, Sam, and I decided to forego the tempo today and just run mileage. I ended up running farther than everybody else that was with us, maybe I was just feeling good. The guys ran by us on their tempo, and it was incredibly strung out. This saddened me. It shouldn't have been like that on a tempo less than 2 miles in.
