Bike to and from work, didn't train.

Really nice day, rode to and from work, got all ready to do a run while taking Tairu to training, although I wasn't sure what to do after the busy weekend. In the end, I couldn't face getting out of the car to run, and I deceided to call it a rest day and slept in the car for half an hour instead. All in all, still fairly pleased with myself. I ate a fairly big breakfast, then was late having lunch because of various emergencies, had a can of veggy soup and half a pack of noodles = about 500 calories, then at about 4 I had rice pudding and fruit = about 300, and when I got home after training, pasta tomatoes and veg about 500, plus a bowl of cereal - about 300, and two slices bread - about 200. This totals a bit over 2000, and I think that's about right.
