Weather: Partly sunny

After three weeks of travel (APEX San Diego and Guadalajara) and injuries (twisted knee and rt shoulder)did an easy 30 min run. Knee is still stiff and did arms with light weights. During week in San Diego did workout 3 times, including some good runs on a treadmill. In GDL did some Crossfit 4 challenge. Injuries the follwing week kept me to abs, very light weights, stationary bike and easy walks...still in recovery.
