Comments:
Ran warmup and cooldown and half of workout with yoyo. I could not breathe after the 1000.. I took tht 2 minute break. But i felt so much better afterwards. The heat once again got to my breathing, i controlled my breathing well for the1200 but my 100 sucked.. Felt better for the 800. Behind for the 1200 and 1000 but on for 800 and 400.

1000 time: 04:50.

800 target: 03:38.
800 time: 03:38.

400 all out: 01:30.
