Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went on a long run today at a nice mellow-ish pace. Frustrating that I am calling this "long", even though I feel like this should be my average. Ran an extended loop to the gym, and lifted weights (and stretched, iced, etc) when I got there.
Felt great, I feel like I am starting to get in shape, but I don't want to jinx it.
