Had to miss practice for this Lebanese dinner down at the Capitol, so I went on my run during P.E. Ran at a fast pace to Battery Kemble Park, stretched when I got there and did the hill once, and ran back to school. Actually increased speed on the way back then the way there, which is something I don't usually do, but always aim for. I'll consider it my first really hard distance run of the season. Was drenched by the time I got back due to the heat. Stretched a bunch, but was still reasonable sore the next day.
