Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was extremely nervous before the race, I hadn't run a track race since middle school except for one 800 last season. I knew I was out of shape, but I didn't want to be too embarassed.
Went out fast, too fast actually, thought I could keep the pace, but by the the second lap, I had visibly slowed down which was disappointing. Overall happy that I am back racing and looking forward to a good season, but I wish I could have done better for this race.
