Comments:
Half mile warmup around the track with the team before Etters told us our mileage. Some guys wanted to do rail trail to rest up for the Michigan tomorrow, but as soon as I suggested Apple the upperclassmen were all for it. This run separated into me, Sam, and Soltan as the lead pack and Russ, Ty, Flach, Knouse, and Lyle as the second group. Felt great, and did 3 150s on the track with Sam afterwards.
