Windy run w/ rain jacket and dog. Could have gone faster. First sorta fast training run in since September. Now I know why St Patty Day Dash took it out of me. I had endurance but no speed. One race, two long days, and a few regular days have me feeling faster again. Also, haven't been skiing in a while so the legs feel good. Have to do lots of interval type training for PPP
