I felt good today. Target was mile pace, so 65-68 seconds each. Ran first 150m fast, then slowed into more of a tempo for the last half. I think I ran 60,67,65,68,62,64,64,57. Each had a 100m cool down, except for the 4th which had a 500m cool down. Ran with Gorka and Samaha.
