Weather: Decent, 70s. Kinda hot.

Comments:
Ran warmup with danielle yoyo sara coach kristen daisy becca and julia m. Ran workout with yolanda and cynthia and cooldown half with cynthia but full with yolanda. My shins felt iffy during the formwork but better for the workout. Cooldown, half way through i started to cramp so it got hard to breathe. Other than tht felt awesome.

Extra: rehab stuff, myrtle, and squat matrix.
