Comments:
Tea time with my old people, just ate a scone with jam, a hot cross bun, and a sandwich. probably about 700 cals or so. Rats, and I was doing so well! Earlier on, I had muesli, and then an egg and half a tin of ambrosia rice at 10 and again at 1pm, so I was on schedule more or less. Now I have to do an emergency 9 miler to burn off some of this damned cakeyness.
