Shit Run With Two Miles Over Hurdles

Comments:
The dreaded mile over hurdles, something I haven't done since last spring. We had one before and one after our 6.5 mile run today, 800 meter warmup. This was not much of a recovery day for me at all, the hurdle miles were really tough on my legs. Lyle didn't do the second one, he had to drop out because his shins were hurting after the first and throughout the run. It felt nice being the last few to leave the track, though. I will rebuild, it will just take time.
