Weather: colder, dry, tiny bit breeze

Comments:
I was really tired after 14 miles Thursday and not enough sleep ever. even set My alarm an hour too early because I was so tired last night. anyway I was in front by myself from the start, went through first lap 4:20, second 11:00, finished 17:20. I really felt bad on the second lap, but I was better after, just not quicker. Didn't do much warmup or cooldown, came on bike and wss cold.
