Comments:
ran a 5K on the treadmill. ran the first mile at 5.8, ran the second mile at 6.0 and then dropped back down to 5.8 mph for the last mile. Stopped at the end of each mile and did 15 push-ups.
Rode the stationary bike for 4 miles - 21:00 min.
worked out biceps and quads.
finished with running a mile at 5.8 mph and 15 push-ups at the end.
