Rqan with yoyo until the 5 turnaround. My legs felt awesome but my head was spinning the whole run. I felt nauceous and dizzy and my legs got hard to bend after 3 miles, idk why... Pretty crappy run mentally,...
Forgot my watch so i based my time off what yoyo told me at the 5 and how i felt on the way back.
Extra: leg circuit 1, 100 ups, rolled out my legs.
